Living in Las Vegas, I grew up surrounded by people who talked about odds as a language, and that shaped how I see football more than any single team ever did. I learned early that a number on a board is a claim about how likely something is — and that the whole game, for a bettor, is working out when that claim is wrong. The result market is where that lesson is sharpest, so it's the one I made my home. Win-draw-win looks like the most basic market in football and is quietly one of the hardest, mostly because the draw is so badly understood. My work is built on estimating each outcome's true probability — through form, matchup, motivation, home and away splits and squad availability — and then hunting the gap between that and the posted price. I take the draw seriously as a live outcome rather than an afterthought, and I lean on double chance when a side's floor matters more than its ceiling. The favourite winning and the favourite being a good bet are two completely different things. Twelve years in, I respect how a single red card, penalty or freak deflection can overturn a perfectly fair read on the day. So I stay anchored to value over allegiance, quote the price I actually believe in, and show my working rather than just telling you who I think lifts the points. — Talia Rosen
